We all feel deeply and are following our gut instincts and our hearts all the time. We have just been taught that this isn’t to be trusted – that it is “airy fairy” and that feelings are unreliable. In fact they are a true compass for our life direction and for what is working and what isn’t, speaking to us of what we would love to do and who we would love to be.

Difficult life experiences can make us believe that we have got it wrong or that life doesn’t support us.

Working with how it has felt can change this and lead us back to the path we are meant to, and would love to be, on.

About Me

I came from Zimbabwe to New Zealand as a single mother with two small boys in 2001. Life was difficult back then. I was on my own, working full time and just trying to get through the days.

In 2005 I signed up for Pascha Therapist Training and began a journey that has, and continues to, change my life for the better.

I have been working with clients since 2008. I am a Graduate of Pascha Therapies training and an Accredited Member of the New Zealand Association of Intuitive and Pascha Therapists.
