You are warmly invited to join Raman for a Sacred Heart New Years Non Residential Retreat.

You will enter into deep emersion into the Love that comes from an open heart .

Through your heart you will be guided into altered states of consciousness, healing old hurts, pain and grief.

This  Sacred Heart experience will strengthen your love and ensure that you  feel empowered to be your most fully conscious loving Self.

To  live with an open loving heart is to live a truly spiritual life. One  that  will always nourish you and bring to you all the love you will  want to know and receive.

We will celebrate with a Sacred Yagna and Puja on the Saturday evening.

The days will begin with meditation at 9am, Raman at 10.30pm, lunch at 12.30pm and Raman at 2.30pm. Dinner at 5.30pm.

There are local Governors Bay accommodation available, if you wish to be nearby.

Beautiful food for Lunch and dinner.

Please bring your meditation wrap, water bottle and comfy clothing.
